Refund & Return Policy: Daim Watches (Pakistan)

At Daim Watches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags, protective films, and packaging are intact

  • The product is free from scratches, wear marks, or damage

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, confirmation email)


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Watches that show signs of wear or use

  • Damaged items caused by mishandling or improper use

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)


3. Returns Due to Defect or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or video proof of the issue

  • Once approved, we will offer:

    • Replacement

    • Exchange

    • Store credit

    • Or a refund (depending on the situation).


4. Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 1-2 working days

  • Refunds are processed to:

    • Bank account

    • Mobile wallet

    • Or store credit (based on your choice)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.


5. Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • For defective or wrong items, Daim Watches will cover the shipping cost

We will provide the return address after your request is approved.


6. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item:

  • The exchange must be initiated within 7 days

  • The new item must be of equal or higher value (price difference applies)
